Always love Mermaid

Staff are always fantastic! Location is ideal for what we want!

Room was fair at best, aircon made noises all night, room in general very worn and in need of some repair and fixes.

Very enjoyable and will definitely be back.

For the techies: The internet is super fast for the average Thai hotel, I was getting over 150mbs @ a ping of less than 10ms & there was no limit to how many devices used the room’s login details. Room 806 had a nice sized balcony and the bath is worth going back for. All staff were extremely polite & more than happy to help.

Bathroom water wasn’t quite hot enough.

Good price for the hotel in center of Bangkok.

Location in center of Bangkok where is near big shopping mall(Emporium and Emquatier), near Prom pong BTS station and surrounding with restaurants.

Bed is too soft. Room is too dark.

Good hotel, large room although let down by dodgy shower

Great location, good deal on last minute booking. Room large & clean with good facilities. Staff very welcoming.

Bathroom shower had little pressure, was cold and fell off the wall.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit

Good location within walking distance of the metro blue line, there’s a few good food options nearby. Clean and big room, comfortable bed. They have a kettle and cups which is great for a morning coffee.

Hot water was not working both afternoon/evening we were there so our showers were cold. Otherwise would have been a 10.

Clean good sized room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Good food and friendly staff. Nice, clean pool set in good surrounds, Quiet location. Very good value for money.

Staff were very friendly, the doormen/security were great and friendly. The room was a nice size, although the price for the corner king suite was equivalent to a room at a better hotel. Location was good

The bed was soft, even after we requested for a change of room. Wasn't very good for the back. Food (room service) didnt seem too fresh.

first we got a non smoking room smelling smoke ! Then the other room had 3 air conditioner units just out of the window and only 1,5 m away from the bed, so one could hear the noise

A good value hotel in a great location.

Spacious room. Fairly basic but comfortable. Came with sufficient bottles of shampoo, soap, drinking glasses etc.

3 main issues. 1. Could have been cleaner 2. I hate the way the same door covered the bathroom and wardrobe. Go into the bathroom and close the door and the wardrobe would open and the light would come on. 3. The shower head was loose and would not stay in position.

i liked it alot

Stayed at this hotel last year, i liked it so much i decided to stay here again. Room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Amenities was up to par. The hotel was in a location where it was nice a quiet for a good night sleep.

Location was a little far from the main attractions. Not really a big deal. Restaurant was just ok

Overall okay.

I booked a corner suite ... It was not a suite. It was more of a studio apartment. Breakfast had not many choices. Swimming pool was good. The bathtub was enjoyed by my kids. Car parking is a problem.

The studio apartment should not be sold as Corner Suite.

I would definitely stay again.

Size of room was excellent. Location was perfect. Clean and tidy. Very quiet. Even had a day trip booking service that came in very handy.

Shower had a touch of black mould that could have been easily removed with a bleach based cleaning product.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is perfectly set a ways away from high tourist area. Clean and comforting rooms with good views. Bed linen and bath towels were changed and always clean.

The food at the buffet at the restaurant was not very good and usually cold by 7:30am

Great location friendly staff

Very well maintained and comfortable, laid back staff and guest friendly. The old guy greeter kept on smiling from the moment I stepped in the hotel to the moment i left, the reception were very friendly as we’ll.

The paint on the shower ceiling were peeling off and swimming pool wasn’t as big as the pictures showed probably around 12-15 m, good for 3-5 people at any time only, other than than nothing were wrong.
